A Hungry, Happy, Hippie

I am always in a rush. And I absolutely HATE HATE HATE being late. I never have the time to do my make-up because I'm really lazy and always rushing out the door. If I'm honest, I rather sleep in than do my make-up in the mornings. But sometimes you just need to put something on to look a bit more lively. L'Oreal True Match Foundation (shade: Cappuccino 8W) This does not feel like a foundation to me. It is super creamy and feels really nice on your skin. But at the same time, it doesn't make my skin look oily (and I get such oily skin). It's got medium coverage even though it has a lightweight consistency. Which is perfect for the summer, because I don't really want to be piling heavy amounts of makeup on myself in the hot sun. But when I do a bit more coverage I can build this foundation up. You know I feel about lip products. I think every girl buys too many lip products than they should do. I fit in that category. Has anyone seen that episode of 2 Broke Girls where Max and Caroline have like no money at all but Max wants this damn lipstick. That is my life. Like I probably shouldn't be spending money on makeup, but I am. At least I get a blog post out of it. Revlon Photoready Skinlights Face Illuminator  I use this as a highlighter because it's dark enough to be one for me. It's quite light in terms of thickness of it. It comes on really smooth and has a light shine to it. It's thankfully not that sparkly because it drives me crazy when everything is sparkly. This does glow quite nicely on my upper cheekbones and I really like the smooth texture of this. With this a little goes a long way, you should definitely not be slathering this on because you'll look overly sparkly. If you have lighter skin you could probably pull this off as a bronzer. I don...
