This was my first full year of university so I suppose I shouldn't be surprised that I only read 36 books. I mean my goal was 75 so 36 is like just under half which is pretty good. Let's also not forget that I probably read the same amount of books but in fan fiction. Fan fiction always makes up for a good portion of what I didn't read a year but hey what can you do. I can't help that I love fan fiction so much. In 2018 my goal is to read 50. I mean good luck to me because I'm 100% sure that second year uni will kick my ass but it's alright.

But hopefully now that I'm on holiday in Malaysia/Bangkok, I will get lots and lots of reading done!

I am always in a rush. And I absolutely HATE HATE HATE being late. I never have the time to do my make-up because I'm really lazy and always rushing out the door. July: Read, Reading and To Be Read

WJuly is my last month to do some solid reading because university starts in August (which I suppose I should be excited for but I quite like doing what I want) and I've got to sort out other adult things in my life. Don't grow up it's shit. So I've been trying to power read through some books before I get busy. Also I've gotten like a lot of books because my friends got me a heap for my birthday in June. And then I've bought some too...whoops. I have to admit though, I'm not too Read I read The Magicians by Lev Grossman this month. If I'm being honest, I wish I liked this more than I did. People have said it's like an adult Harry Potter, which is true to an extent. There's definitely an R rated dynamic to it but I just found myself disappointed with the book once it finished. January: Read, Reading and To Be Read

Hello! This is actually the books I've read in December but I'm being cheeky and uploading it in January hehe. Hope everyone has had a wonderful Christmas/New Year and that 2016 brings you all the best. Read The book I have read is Vanishing Acts by Jodi Picoult. I've spoken about this in my book haul and well it is quite a good book. Picoult's writing is so intricate that it continues with such a rhythmic flow that it's impossible to not enjoy her writing. This book is about Delia, who lives a charmed life. She lives with her daughter, her father and is soon to be married to her fiance, Eric and alongside them, their best friend, Fitz. Soon she learns that the life she holds dear, is not the whole truth. Her father gets arrested for kidnapping Delia from her mother when she was younger. Delia comes to learn that she's not really Delia but is actually Bethany who's mother didn't die when she was four. This is not the typical book that I would us
